Accounting Clerk 
Vaccine & Gene Therapy Institute (VGTI) is ONE of a select group of internationally regarded institutions that have been invited to build and operate a satellite research institute based in the state of Florida. This position plays a key role in this start-up endeavor, supporting accounting and general administrative functions. Duties include: Provide support to the Finance Director, his direct reports and the Office Manager. Accounting support: process receipts on invoices and accounts payable; bookkeeping; expense reconciliations. Administrative support: filing, scheduling, reception and answering and directing phone calls, travel reservations, prepare travel reimbursement expense reports; open and sort incoming mail; prepare and mail packages. Grant support: prepare grant related travel expense reports for reimbursement to VGTI Florida - aid in pagination, preparation, and submission of VGTI-FL grants, secondary/tertiary review of grant budgets for fringe rate and IDC accuracy prior to submission, help with collection and separation of required documents for VGTI-FL ...
