These include General Mental Health Services, Case Management Services, Psychological Testing, and Medication Management. Interface with key external agencies involved in providing mental health services to adolescents, e.g., LAC-DMH, Dept. of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Probation, Special Education. Develop internal (i.e., agency) protocols, guidelines, policy manual to address the provision of outpatient mental health services for children and their families Develop, implement and periodically evaluate the Program Policies & Procedures manual to meet all licensing and accreditation standards and ensures that Departmental practices reflect policy.
