Responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, expands product offerings, maintains a profitable book of business, and implements and integrates expanded products and new clients. Retains and expands existing client relationships and is responsible for the integration and implementation of new clients. Identifies key decision makers and determines the services, products and combinations that will best serve and address the client issues and objectives. Leads the development of custom solutions for the client. Negotiates with the client/carrier for the efficient delivery of services at profitable fee levels.
