Curriculum Development Leader 
Title: Curriculum Development Leader Location: FL-Dunedin Primary responsibility for this leader will be the training and development of the call center associates with first priority being front-line associates and operations leadership - Training responsibility includes scheduling, curriculum development, training delivery, training assessments, & process documentation. Training will encompass new hire, refresher, developmental, skill enhancement, etc. - Individual will be accountable for associate success, retention and on-time training delivery Key Responsibilities: - Creation of training curriculum that minimizes training classroom time while maximizing associate quality performance and knowledge retention - Delivery of training materials in an engaging, upbeat manner which ultimately drives associate retention and association with Nielsen as a 'good place to work' - Development of training assessments which measure understanding and retention of training materials and which ultimately drive improved, quality performance of call center associates - Documentation of all training materials, policies and procedure and storing in a secure ...
