Seeking Director of Nursing Services Kendal at Lexington, located in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, seeks a change agent with great interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to lead the nursing staff of our continuing care retirement community, which includes a 60-bed skilled health center. Besides possessing excellent clinical and managerial credentials, the successful candidate must be committed to making each day the best it can be for each resident and help inspire staff to share that commitment to exceptional care. We are looking for a forward-thinking, collaborative, and open-minded leader, who is dedicated to continuing learning and has demonstrated experience at continuous improvement in past nursing leadership positions. A BSN from an accredited school of nursing is required, and an advanced degree is desirable. Must be Virginia licensed with TWO years DON or ADON experience in long-term care.
