Human Resources Generalist

Primary Function The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the overall activities related to the employee and labor relations of the CBO and Corporate. The incumbent will interact with the managers and supervisors of the CBO and corporate. The incumbent plans, organizes and directs the administrative and operations related to employee and labor relations to ensure the best possible outcomes. The incumbent is responsible for managing the workers compensation for the CBO and Corporate.
