Investor Relations- Sr. Associate 
Coast Asset Management is a multi-billion dollar alternative investment manager headquartered in Santa Monica, CA. We are seeking a Senior Investor Relations Associate to serve as the primary liaison between the investors and departments within Coast Asset Management. This is not a Marketing position. In this position the Associate will be responsible for: Daily oversight of investor relations and investor reporting. Executing and administering wire transfers to and from investors, processing subscription agreements and other investor documentation, and issuing routine investor reports. Serve as point of contact for investors on routine investor matters and manage ad hoc requests. Assist the marketing group in creating and maintaining marketing materials (e.g. pitch books).
