Project Manager 
The Project Manager will report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and will be responsible for driving the execution of the initiatives for the Agencyâs Information Technology Projects. The Project Manager will lead the designated team in meeting established goal within timeframes outlined. The Project Manager must have outstanding organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and have demonstrated success in managing complex teams. Specifically, it is expected that the Project Manager will be proficient and have demonstrated success in the following three areas: Project Management Working well without close supervision. Understanding project vision and effectively creating project parameters to fulfill that vision. Effectively communicating with personnel of all levels to document procedures and requirements. Developing comprehensive schedules for tasks and overall project completion. Effectively managing project execution.
