We currently have the following opportunity available: Sr. Clinical LAB Scientist Specialist The primary functions of the Sr. Clinical LAB Tech Specialist are to perform independently a wide variety of duties in the Blood and Platelet Center. These duties include investigation, development, and validation of new or modified procedures and technical review and monitoring of existing procedures. Coordination of quality control, maintenance and repair of equipment, quality assurance, and proficiency testing activities, safety and staff training and competency assessment. Prepare written reports and/or technical summaries. Record and review data for accuracy, completeness, and suitability. Act as technical consultant and resource for staff, Medical Enterprise and community. Perform other duties as assigned. A current California Clinical Scientist License is required.
