Sr. Controller 
Responsible for financial accounting, reporting, analysis, planning, estimating, forecasting, capex justification, internal controls, payroll and internal & external audits for the legal entity and individual programs. Drive continuous improvement in these areas. Key member of the implementation team to achieve the successful implementation of SAP. - Reports- The accounting, payroll and financial analysis personnel report to this position, including 4 direct reports and 9 indirect reports. - Budget- Budgeted costs in excess of $1M. - Capital Budget - Minimal capital expenditures required in the GM area. - Scope of Position - Financial accounting, analysis and reporting for the legal entity, which includes TWO sites.
