... be US Citizen or Green Card Holder Excellent opportunity available in Washington, DC for a Sr. Cost Analyst with the following skills: Qualified candidate will be responsible for the development, review and analysis of program budgets and expenditures. Candidate will also support the full lifecycle of contract finance, including the preparation of Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs), the review and evaluation of Contractor cost proposals, and the review and evaluation of contractor cost and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies defined by ANSI/EIA Standard 748-A or equivalent. Experience developing and coordinating Basis of Estimates, conducting Cost-Benefit analyses, or in performance based acquisition is highly desired. Experience with EVM is required. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel is required. Experience in using MS Access is a plus.
