Sr. Manager, Corporate Strategy The Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to drive the strategic development of Walmart.com. His/Her key responsibilities include identifying, researching, and developing significant growth opportunities for Walmart.com (new lines of business, M&A opportunities, strategic investments, joint ventures), developing robust investment-grade business cases, advocating, presenting and gaining senior level support for new business proposals (with senior level executives both inside and outside the company), and creating and delivering regular communication of the company?s strategic plan to SVP/EVP/President level executives at Wal-Mart. 1. Strategic planning (40%) ? Work closely with the CEO in developing company?s plans for strategic growth. This includes identifying trends and growth opportunities in the ecommerce market; identifying strategic gaps in the market and researching opportunities to address these gaps.
