Wireless Test Engineer 
Lead/Direct test planning, design, execution and troubleshooting and quality improvement for radio access network devices of CDMA/WIMAX/WCDMA/LTE. Perform Trial/Acceptance test, Field Test, Regular/standard certification and FOA. Lead trial/acceptance test project Set up the good cooperative relationships with carriers and promote the customer acceptance in MKT. Set up and maintain the LAB. Handle resources; import the new devices and techniques from global division. Manage the IOT or Trial project: including the test strategy and risk analysis, test plan and design, test execution, trouble shooting, result analysis and IOT process improvement, etc. Drive the customer focus with inclusion of Customer oriented Testing in the beginning of the product cycle to Improve Time to Market and Product Quality. Train TSD and customer†TM s engineer in device knowledge and troubleshooting technique. ...
